an lovely experience
gorgeous buildingromantic courtyardfriendly energy
The building is gorgeous, both inside and out. i especially adored the courtyards. Such a romantic touch. the staff radiated lovely, friendly energy. i found them organised and very thoughtful.
the room was not properly cleaned. i saw visible stains and stray hairs. the water taps lacked filters, which caused water to splash everywhere.

the staff was friendly enough, i suppose.
the lighting in the city studio felt very dim. the room felt small, i should have booked a larger one. the temperature was constantly too high, it was difficult to lower it and remain comfortable.

glass recyclingshower odor
i was a bit let down by a few things. our room overlooked the bins, specifically glass recycling. it woke us up quite early on several mornings due to the noise. the shower enclosure also had a slight odor, and i wasn't sure it had been properly cleaned.. overall, it detracted from the experience.

the location was really convenient , near the metro station. the room setup allowed simple meal preparation. the staff was friendly , especially helpful for non-french speakers.
the city studio felt quite cramped , i needed a bigger space. the room was too hot , i asked for temperature adjustments several times. noise from other guests' footsteps and door slams made sleep difficult.

modern twistdelicious foodcleaning servicemissing sponge
the building was beautifully restored but has a modern twist. even small details where perfect. restaurant had delicious food too. i liked that very much.
for stays shorter than seven days there is no cleaning service. the room was not properly equipped. they didn't give us any dish soap or sponge. getting a refill on toilet paper was very burdensome.
